Question

So I have had about 10 instances that I have proof of where the game took my money when it was not supposed to. Stuff like hitting something that is not on the pay table. I can provide irrefutable proof of these and when I message support and show them what happened nothing comes of it.. I never get my money back that I was ripped off.. why do my issues never get resolved?

Are you sure there was an error with the game? Can you give some examples of what happened?

I was 100% certain that a game wasn't paying as it was supposed to a while back. Embarrassing enough, I was wrong and had misread/misunderstood how the game handles certain events.
