Formal Complaint: Fraudulent Crash Game Results on BC.Game

 

Dear BC.Game Support Team,

 

I am writing to formally report a critical issue related to several bets I placed in the Crash game on your platform.

In multiple consecutive rounds, I successfully performed cashouts at around 4.00x multiplier – well before the crash point –

yet your system wrongly marked these bets as losses.

 

I have recorded full video evidence showing that:

 

The cashouts were initiated and confirmed before the crash occurred.

 

The game continued well beyond my cashout point (sometimes reaching 10x+).

 

Despite this, the bet results were registered as losses in the history section.

This constitutes either a serious technical error or deliberate manipulation, which has caused me financial harm.

To make matters worse, my account was suspended without explanation.

 

I demand:

 

1. Immediate review and correction of all affected bets.

 

 

2. Full restoration of my account.

 

 

3. Compensation for my losses caused by this issue.

 

 

 

If this matter is not resolved within 72 hours, I will:

 

Share the full evidence publicly on YouTube, Reddit, Twitter, BitcoinTalk, and crypto communities.

 

File complaints with online gambling watchdogs and relevant authorities.

 

Begin legal action to recover damages.

 

 

You have the chance to resolve this issue professionally before it escalates. I hope for a prompt and fair resolution.

I agree. BC has become a scam. I was playing Crash when the system automatically placed a bet of $35 from my balance. And when I went to my transaction history it didn’t say BET or WIN , it said WAR. The support reps claim it’s part of the game but that’s bs. Apparently when you play trenball. But I wasn’t playing trenball. The game just wagered $35 without me doing anything. Not only that but last month my account was hacked. The gambled all my money and gave huge tips to other players. It’s either the employees doing shady stuff or hackers. CROOKS!!
