Hi,

I have not received a vip lossback in about 6 months? This seems unfair since they used to give me one every few months and I have wagered probably $100,000 more usd in this time with barely any withdrawal. This seems like a weak vip program considering I am level 46 platinum with nearly 800k wagering! My uid is 44373749

I have never received it. On the other hand, my friend is only level 16, but he doesn't often play. Almost every month, my mailbox can receive a rebate email of 100-200.
