Black jack table rules?

Does any one know exactly the blackjack table rules?

I mean, on the table is printed the commun ones, like BJ pays 3:2, dealer stands on soft 17.

but where are the less common ones, like early/late surrender, split aces allow, double after split, etc?

i cannot find this info anywhere.
