I can no longer enter the casino, yet my forum account is still active. I wagered something like 15BTC. Lost at least 1BTC, and now I have no access to the casino. Support has ignored me for over a week. Going to the authorities today. Any reason I shouldn't?

do you have access to your registered email address ? if yes kindly contact support for help, our support will surely check your issue
